Delete your account

Direct instructions for permanently deleting your Lanspo account and learning data.

  1. Step 1

    Delete from the app

    Open Lanspo and go to Profile → Account → Delete account. Follow the confirmation prompts to finish.

  2. Step 2

    Understand what deletion means

    • Deletion is permanent.
    • When deletion completes, user-owned account and learning data will be deleted or anonymized according to the Privacy Policy. Residual copies may remain temporarily in secured backups until they are overwritten or deleted in the normal backup cycle, except where longer retention is legally required.

  3. Step 3

    Manage App Store subscriptions separately

    Deleting your Lanspo account does not automatically cancel an active App Store subscription. Manage, change or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID subscription settings.

  4. Cannot open the app?

    Email a deletion request

    If you cannot access the app, email lanspocom@gmail.com and request account deletion. Include enough detail for us to identify the account (for example your Sign in with Apple email or private relay address), but do not send passwords or tokens.
