Troubleshooting

  • Sign-in

Try Sign in with Apple again, confirm you are using the same Apple ID, and check your network connection. If Apple private relay is enabled, keep using that same relay address when contacting us.

  • Restoring access

Sign in with the Apple ID originally linked to your Lanspo notes and progress. Guest data may not restore across devices. If purchases are missing, use Apple’s restore purchases flow in the app or App Store subscription settings.

  • Auto Input and notes

Confirm you have a network connection for Auto Input translation. If a paste did not split into lines, try pasting again into a blank note. You can edit any translation after it appears.

  • Audio

Audio pronunciation on saved lines requires Pro. Confirm your entitlement, a stable connection and that the line supports audio.

  • Study progress

Make sure you are signed in before expecting progress to sync. Notes, flashcards and card status (New, Learning, Due, Learned, Strong) are tied to your account once signed in.

  • Study packs

The complete study pack library requires Pro. Check your subscription status if content appears unavailable.

  • App not loading

Force-quit and reopen Lanspo, confirm iOS is up to date, check connectivity and try again later if a temporary outage is possible. Reinstalling can help as a last step; sign in afterward to restore account-linked progress.
